400 Amp Electrical System Infrared Inspections for Florida Building Recertification

Florida’s building safety reform laws have created a specific, non-negotiable requirement: any building undergoing the mandatory milestone recertification process whose main electrical service operates at 400 amperes or greater must have a certified infrared thermography inspection performed and submitted as part of the compliance package.

What the Inspection Covers and What the Report Includes
